Liquid assets, collateral, accounts receivable and cash flow are a few key areas of interest; however our final funding decision is not solely based on any of these factors alone. Loan sizes start at $50,000 with no upper limit. Funds are usually available in 30 to 45 business days after all required documents have been received. The terms of loan, such as, interest rates and points are provided; after all required documentation has been reviewed by underwriting.
