Undocumented Investor Program
Business Express Loan has “direct access” to over 250 well established private investors, venture capitalist, angel investors and investor groups. All member investor were surveyed at initial enrollment and expressed their willingness to make capital investments into projects which are “economically and/or strategically sound.
Under this program each of the investors selected will be contacted directly and prescreened for legal compliance, professional image, financial qualifications and required to review your business profile prior to introduction. Each investor must verbally confirm an income exceeding $200,000+ per year or net worth of over 1 million dollars. In additional they must be highly sophisticated in business investments. While we do not require these investors to produce documentation, each member is well informed that misrepresentation is both a federal and state crime, punishable by fine and or imprisonment.
The due diligence cost for this program is a one-time payment of $1,654.00. This cost covers all client document search and validation. It also guarantees a maximum of three 3 investor introductions. Each consecutive round of three (3) investor introductions will cost an additional $499.00. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that our members will invest in your project. We do however guarantee introduction to investors who have confirmed qualifications and have review your business profile with an expressed interest in your project.
Documented Investor Program
Every investor member listed in this category has been confirmed in writing as a qualified accredited investor, who will have expressed interest in your industry profile. Each investor is liquid and ready to take your call, and thoroughly examine your endeavor for a possible investment! Upon purchasing the right to contact the investor members in the “Documented Investors” program, you will also receive a signed statement from the investor. The statement will include the investor’s industry interests, contact details, annual income, net worth, accreditation qualification, available liquidity, investor’s financial professional contact information, and project confidentiality agreement. Further, we guarantee that the investor will take your call and will be available for discussion! If you have trouble reaching any investor, our investor relations staff will be glad to arrange the appointment for you at no extra cost! These are the best by appointment accredited investor contacts available in the industry. Many of our accredited investor contacts are currently liquid in the millions of dollars with written proof! We will assist you to find accredited investor/s that will fund your deal--usually within 5 to 7 days.
